The how and why the dirt jump
One of the many sports which involve mountain biking is often known as the leap from dirt. This particular sport is based on the idea of using shaped mounds of earth to get you on the air. After takeoff, the challenge is to take control of your vehicle the option to insure a safe landing at a specific location. The sport can be played with several different attractions. The most common are the 20 inch wheel bike BMX, freestyle motocross and cruises. These include mountain biking is certainly the preferred option.
dirt jumping is not considered a competitive sport, but attending to the simple enjoyment of it. Bikes used are made by smaller companies, less known, which adds a little to the exclusivity of the sport. dirt jumpers see their sports party in the basement, which is probably the reason is not that many competitions. In recent years, companies have begun to organize contests with cash prizes for dirt jumping, but has not yet reached the stage where they played most of the world.
Some seem to think that dirt jumping as a sport, is identical to the mountain bike race. This statement is false. While both sports have in common certain aspects, dirt jump focuses more on the height and length of jump to finish the race faster. Moreover, the number and quality of the tricks performed is also a factor. This sport is far more dangerous than the race and takes many years and much practice before the Blues continue to emerge.
However, all mountain bikes are not necessarily suitable for dirt jumping. Managers tend to be smaller than those used for other purposes and generally only a rear brake. The wheel size is 24 or 26 inches and the forks are rigid and short distances. The wheel size is particularly important because it determines the shape of the takeoff. So before you start learn the sport, you must make sure your bike is doing. Accidents have occurred because participants do not have the right equipment. Taking care of your mountain bike is very important not only so you can keep it from breaking a leg or worse, but that come to mind when you do somersaults.
