If you want an avatar you can upload a 100x100 picture by clicking on Welcome Back (Your user name) in the upper right hand corner of the forums. This takes you to your profile where you can also add a signature, email address, interests, etc..   If you need help getting the picture that you want to the 100x100 size you can email me and I'll change it for you and send it back to you.
