Time Displays We may be able to get time displays for the track pretty inexpensively. Would you want to spend SMRA money on displays? Yes. Use SMRA money and buy displays. No. Save the SMRA money for event purses.
I voted no.....Suggest get a firm price on the displays then ask for donations toward payment and then
consider using SMRA funds if necessary.

I voted no also. I agree with Mitch! Raffle off shirts, hats, and other items. Get merchandise donations from members or area businesses, etc. I'd be willing to donate something...gift certificate, a big print, a photo session etc. Fundraisers are good and it gets everybody involved and promotes the community feeling!

Good suggestions guys. I've been wanting to have Bithlo shirts made up to sell. I bet they would sell great. I have 4x4 stickers too that you may have seen in the tower. I just can't sell if I'm in the tower and I hate asking people to do stuff if they aren't getting paid for it. These things would take a long time to make the kind of money I think we're talking about. I think our best bet would be to scour local businesses and have their logo permanently on the displays for paying for them. To much to do....so little time!
