Nascar Racing

Why camp at NASCAR races, including the redneck "blows?

Some of my friends ask me questions about my love to NASCAR and have many questions. 1) Why go to so many races? 2) Why did you camp in NASCAR racing? 3) Would it be better to stay in a hotel? and 4) camping is cheaper?

Well for starters, I just love the sport of NASCAR. The excitement, fun, camaraderie and most importantly, My daughter loves NASCAR. It is a great opportunity for father-daughter bonding and / or family vacation is really invaluable.

We started hotel bookings and packages run by tour operators. This was the best way to start and had a series of races together. Our first race was Charlotte for the Coca Cola 600 and had a good time. She smiled at the weekend. Daughter just turned 18 and still go to the races. Now, the field and, of course, Dad still paying for the holidays, and now pays for the groom too. Oh well.

I just went to a race without my daughter and has been at the center of attention in Bristol. It was also my first exposure camp in a NASCAR race and camping in general. To be honest, I was not a big fan of camping.

I went with a group of guys and I I could not believe the difference. Camping is what happened to the NASCAR race in a week-long action-packed racing experience. We arrived on Monday and "race" was not Saturday night. What I can do for a whole week? All other races are more or less a long weekend. To my surprise it was a nonstop action from the day of our arrival the day we left. Even we could not take in everything I wanted. There were more than 15 events of the track – practice qualification and have taken three of NASCAR racing and spent much time walking by the companies.

If we were not on the track, play games Redneck (Eg, hillbilly golf [puff corn hole called the Canadian launch], roaming the campground, go to the tailgate parties and live one of the best culture in the world, and is the redneck "culture.

I met some of the most beautiful in the world of camping. It included people from all walks of life, his group with a tent campers million people. And guess what, these people had one thing in common – the love of NASCAR. United created an opportunity only to learn about NASCAR "Camping" and "redneck" culture. As a Canadian, I was so surprised that this culture has to offer, "redneck" fried foods like Turkey with an alcoholic drink called apple pie and all the fun and games.

There is an intangible created in the field or across the road from the track. Create an atmosphere just fun fun fun! You can hear the cars start to the morning session, and then watch the flood of fans running towards the runway. Its exciting!

I had one of the best times of my life in the camp in Bristol. Never stay in a hotel again. Staying in a hotel an hour or more of the track is not the same. You can not create the same environment to stay in a hotel room. You do the same things to do in all other holidays: complain about the pool is too cold for drinks and dinner and sits in his hotel room watching TV. Add to a race or two, and your holiday stay in a hotel room in NASCAR.

Friends not really, but I think if you went to the race who knows the hotel package is not a NASCAR racing experience. It's a race and not get me wrong its still exciting and fun to watch a race with any situation.

Now let's talk cost. Believe it or not camping may be more expensive than if you own a caravan or motorhome. Recreational Vehicle Dealers charge a premium for NASCAR races and require a minimum rental period of 4 nights a week. Some places charge more than $ 700 per night in a luxury motorhome. Then there is the cost of diesel fuel, mileage, the use of propane, the use of generator, pump outs, camping and many other hidden costs and other charges for cleaning, bed linen, kitchen utensils and personal parcels. Renting an RV is absent more than one hotel room per night, but when you consider the food about the same price and the place is much more fun.

There is a big drawback if you are camping a rookie. You need training on how to operate the RV, including the generator, hot water tank, toilet and storage tank and perhaps even stronger. Then there is the RV parking and camping at the RV is level. If you're new, you must start at the camping, parking for a camper can be extremely difficult.

As a rookie, I found an easier way to camp. pay a little more and book through a agency offers package trips to camp. They give you a carefree, worry-free approach is not to discover what NASCAR has to offer. You can also get all-inclusive where meals are prepared for you. They have staff on hand to ensure that the camping experience is pleasant and, above all, keep RV for you.

Taking into account NASCAR vacation, explore all your options. Believe me, camping is the best way to go. NASCAR is the ultimate experience with the travel company NASCAR offers a camping package is the only way. You may think that this might cost a little more, but when one takes into account the cost of food for 3 to 5 days, the site ends up being cheaper and better. You can also go a cheaper route to camp in a caravan or motorhome Class C, Class A motorhomes are beautiful.
